High school bowling awards: Part of the record breaking season during
my sophomore year. Our team won
quite a few awards and broke 10 school records.
The team made it to State for the first time ever and we ended in 13th
place. I Finished 30th
at State during our amazing run.
Currently for Junior year, our team has broken 13 records and we closed out
conference with a
124-6 record. We finished 1st in conference for the first
time in school history. 4 out of 5 bowlers finished All-Conference.
During Regionals our team finished in 2nd place and I finished 3rd
All-Regional. Here is a link to my teams success over the years:

Other bowling tournament awards: I have won or placed in many
tournaments in our local bowling association, but this year I had one
accomplishment that I will never forget.
This was my first year in the U20 group (2015).
Our association has a court at the end of the year, which crowns the
best 5 overall bowlers throughout the season.
These are based off of all the tournaments and league stats
throughout the year. I finished
4th within the association and followed behind Morgan Flaherty
2012 State Champion, Kyra Udziela, 2015 State Champion, and Taylor Bailey
which is one of the best young bowlers in the area.
This was an amazing accomplishment that I will never forget.
Another fun thing that I will always remember. In 8th grade, I finished
in 3rd place during the IESA State Finals. I was wearing a Vise shirt
during that tournament and they honored me in their website and I was on the
front page. They replaced a picture of Pete Weber for that week, and I
will never forget that. Below is the picture they used. Recently
my fellow High School teamate and I won the local association doubles
tournament. I always look forward to wrapping up the association
tournaments soon after High School season is completed.

Comment from high school coach about you:
The biggest thing that I can say about Haley…..
As a sophomore, she was the leader of this team.
She held this team together and made everyone a better bowler.
The team honored her with the Team MVP award and as a coach, to me
that is the best achievement she could have received.
As Haley mentioned, the Team has broken a lot of school records and I
believe she was a big part of that.
The biggest accomplishment was the way she led the team to our first
state appearance. As one of the
youngest girls on the team, she led the way at State and finished 30th.
Averaged 209 in the 12 biggest games of her career.
Her ability to focus under the most intense situations, can’t be
taught. Her focus and attitude
help the rest of the team stay calm and have fun.
As the Coach, this is extremely helpful to having great team success.
Haley worries about the team’s success before her own, and that’s a
wonderful thing to see in a very talented young person.
Coach Scott.
